B&B ‘La Mora’ a due passi dal mare e dalla piazza centrale di Civitanova Marche, in prossimità dell'Università. Raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria in 10 minuti.
Tre camere doppie con un bagno da condividere al primo piano di una casa a schiera costruita nei primi del '900. L'arredamento è principalmente anni 20.
Nel soggiorno cucina o nel cortile interno(d'estate) si serve la colazione tipica italiana con marmellate fatte a casa, pane fresco, dolci, succhi di frutta, cappuccino o te.
Luogo ideale per chi ama il Jazz, le lingue, la lettura, la storia dell'arte e per chi preferisce la tranquillità del quotidiano. Escursioni guidate su richiesta.

Civitanova Marche. Our B&B is at five minutes from both main Square and the beach, next to University and at walkable distance from railway station.
Three double rooms and a bathroom are on the first floor of a beginning of 1900 house, the furniture is mainly 1920s. On the ground floor next to the garden there is also a double room with its own shower and toilet. Italian breakfast - fresh rolls, homemade jams, fruit juice, cappuccino or tea - is served in the lounge-kitchen or in the courtyard(in summer). Guided excursions on request.
This B&B is ideal for those who love Jazz, reading, languages, arts . ITALIAN TUITION COURSES are available all year round. English, Spanish, Russian and Jazz spoken.

Civitanova Marche. Onze B&B ligt op 5 minuten van het centrum en het strand, vlakbij de universiteit en op loopafstand van het treinstation.
Drie tweepersoonskamers met een gedeelde badkamer liggen op de eerste etage van dit typische huis uit het begin van de vorige eeuw. De inrichting is twintiger jaren-stijl. Op de begane grond, aan de binnentuin, ligt nog een éénpersoonskamer met eigen douche en toilet. Italiaans ontbijt met verse croissantjes, huisgemaakte jams, fruitsap, cappuccino of thee wordt geserveerd in de woonkeuken of in de tuin (zomer).
Deze B&B is ideaal voor wie houdt van jazz, lezen, talen, kunst en rust. Cursussen italiaans worden het hele jaar door gegeven. Er wordt italiaans, engels, russisch en jazz gesproken.

Le B&B “La Mora” vous accueillera dans un immeuble restauré datant du début du XXème siècle. Il est situé dans un lieu stratégique: à 100 mètres de la plage et de la Place centrale de Civitanova Marche, à 15 min de marche de la gare (des trains) et à 50 mètres de l’université. Il est doté, au premier étage, de 3 chambres doubles meublées principalement dans le style des années ’20 avec une salle de bains à partager avec les autres hôtes. Dans le living avec coin cuisine en hiver et dans la cour intérieure en été sous un merveilleux grenadier en fleurs, vous pourrez prendre un petit déjeuner typiquement italien composé de confitures faites maison, pain frais, gâteaux, jus de fruits, café, cappuccino ou thé au choix.
C’est un lieu idéal pour tous ceux qui aiment le Jazz, les langues étrangères, la lecture, l’histoire de l’art comme pour ceux qui préfèrent une ambiance paisible. Pendant toute l’année il vous sera possible de suivre des cours particuliers d’italien tenus par la propriétaire.
